With World Gin Day approaching on June 8, we’ve teamed up with a selection of South Australian distillers from I Choose SA Shop to give you the chance to win 1 of 4 SA gins. Enter your details below and let us know which of the following you’d most like to win!
Twenty Third Street Distillery, Renmark
The striking Twenty Third Street Distillery in Renmark is an incarnation of a century-old landmark built by Barossa firm Chateau Tanunda in 1914. Offering a stark contrast between old and new, Twenty Third Street Distillery combine modern flavour combinations and twenty-first century technology with century-old copper stills and traditional craftsmanship. Their Signature Gin is infused with 10 botanicals, complimented by a fresh burst of Riverland citrus and lime, chin-chin!
Applewood Distillery, Adelaide Hills
Crafting in an old industrial cold store in Gumeracha, Applewood Distillery utilise an abundance of native Australian ingredients to deliver their notable range of spirits. By placing precedence on supporting local farmers who opt for more sustainable farming methods, they’re doing their bit to support our state and the environment! The award-winning Applewood Gin is crafted using 20 individual ingredients, including finger lime, desert lime and a healthy dose of juniper.
Prohibition Liquor Co, Adelaide CBD
Capturing the essence of the 1920’s prohibition and rise of bootleg spirits, Prohibition Liquor Co combine small-batch craftsmanship with fine botanicals. The result? A sophisticated nod to the infamous era that can be enjoyed at their Gilbert Street Distillery & Tasting Room in the heart of the city. The Shiraz Barrel Aged Gin utilises custom coopered barrels – which formerly held American Bourbon and Barossa Valley Shiraz – adding a soft blush colour and gentle oaked-rye back note to its potent 60% ABV.
Adelaide Hills Distillery, Adelaide Hills
With a passion for native Australian ingredients and penchant for quality over quantity, Adelaide Hills Distillery have a reputation for producing exceptional small-batch spirits. The distillery is located in the new LOT.100, a collaborative 84-hectare property in the Adelaide Hills. Their Australian Green Ant Gin (a collaboration with Something Wild Beverages) is infused with green ants – a traditional indigenous ingredient that adds a coriander and lime like flavour!
